When your new users log in, they will be prompted to complete their Account Recovery Questions. These are mandatory to assist if their password has been tried incorrectly too many times and they are locked out.
*We recommend creating a fake/test athlete to sign into the Patient/Athlete Portal with to test your settings, set up and to see what your student athletes will be seeing.
This portal is intended for use by authorized medical staff, coaches, athletes and emergency contacts using the ATS system.
