23 wrz 2020 · Hello, I am using the Hp envy x360 15 inch (ds0xxx) for more than a year now. It is running amd ryzen 7 and I bought it in fall 2019. I recently got an update of the HP Tilt Pen Drivers. I would like to know if my notebook supports the tilt pen or not.
I'm trying to install the HP Tilt Pen driver (and can confirm that tilt was working prior to the wipe), but I get this error: The driver is not supported on this OS version (10.0.18363). Any ideas?
31 sie 2024 · Here are some troubleshooting steps to identify and resolve the problem: Check Pen Battery: Ensure that the pen’s battery is properly charged and inserted. If the pen uses a replaceable battery, try replacing it with a new one. Ensure Pen Pairing: Go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices. Ensure Bluetooth is turned on.
1 wrz 2020 · I reviewed your post and I understand that you are not getting EZ tilt pen software failure message on the computer. Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted. I recommend you download and install the HP Tilt pen driver from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.
