7 gru 2022 · WEP is the default set up for your Wi-Fi network, but WPA (Custom) is a more secure option to provide better data protection and access control. Go to your gateway settings. In the Key Things to do Using Your Gateway section, select Wireless. Scroll to the Security section.
To generate a random WEP key, select the bit key length to generate and press the corresponding button; the ASCII or HEX key can then be copied to your clipboard manually or via the copy to clipboard button to the right of the generated key text field.
