When I open Dolby Access on my PC and go to settings, it says "Dolby Atmos for headphones is required to enable sound settings" then it tells me to try free for 7 days or buy for £11.39. It won't let me access settings on the app like it does on my Xbox.

I'm having issues with the Command Center on Windows 11 where it worked fine on my previous Windows 10 installation. My A40TR's Mixamp is plugged with the proper cable, in PC mode. It appears in the device manager and otherwise the headphones work perfectly but I can't open the Command Center and make adjustments.
