ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FIGURE 1 Slide the swaged end of 1 l/2” O.D. tubing into one end of the other 1 l/2” O.D. section. Adjust for a total boom length of IO feet. FIGURE 2 Center the plate on the coupled sections and attach with the 1 l/2” U-bolts and saddles and 5/l 6” lockwashers and hex nuts.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS. FIGURE 1 BASE ASSEMBLY. Install the Bracket P08P to the Base Assembly BA1P (See Detail 1A). It should make a 90 degree angle with the base assembly. If not, bend the P08P until it does. Fasten one end of the Strap R02P (See Detail 1C) to the vertical end of the base section using Clamp W10P.
Refer to Figures 2 through 7 for specific assembly details. All hardware should be coated with a silicon rubber sealant or similar compound to insure that wind vibration does not cause it to work loose.
