The Aspen student information management system consolidates information from five data sources into a single system. Student and Parent Portals provide access to students’ grades, assignments, and attendance, among other new features, such as the ability to view and pay fees online.

All CPS students have Student Portal accounts. The Student Portal URL is aspen.cps.edu and you use your CPS username and password to log on.
Parents -the email address that you provided to the school is your username. It should be entered in lowercase. Your initial password is sent home in a welcome to Aspen letter from your child's school.
With Aspen's Family and Student portals, teachers, parents and students have an arena for open communication. Parents have one login to access all of their children's information, and students can enter course requests courses that students have requested to attend for the next school term online.
Students - use your CPSD Gmail account and password to log in using Single Sign on: - Click "Log in with Another Provider", The Login ID and Password area are for parents. - Click the "Log In" button. If you are already logged in to Google in your browser you should be taken right into Aspen. - This prompt will sign into your CPS Google account.
