The Aspen student information management system consolidates information from five data sources into a single system. Student and Parent Portals provide access to students’ grades, assignments, and attendance, among other new features, such as the ability to view and pay fees online.
Student Portal (Aspen) Students can view their grades, attendance, and other information on Aspen 24/7 from smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers.
With Aspen's Family and Student portals, teachers, parents and students have an arena for open communication. Parents have one login to access all of their children's information, and students can enter course requests courses that students have requested to attend for the next school term online.
Logging on to Aspen. Your district's settings determine how you log on to Aspen. Your district could provide your Aspen credentials, or allow you to use your Google, Microsoft, or other validation provider to log on to Aspen. Note: If you don't have an Aspen account, you can request one.
Parents can also enter their username and use the Aspen password recovery feature by entering their username and clicking 'I Forgot My Password'
Most districts send an email to new users with a link and validation code to set up an account. If you do not receive the email, ask your school registrar if you have been given Family portal access, and confirm they have your correct email address.
