The Aspen student information management system consolidates information from five data sources into a single system. Student and Parent Portals provide access to students’ grades, assignments, and attendance, among other new features, such as the ability to view and pay fees online.
All CPS students have Student Portal accounts. The Student Portal URL is aspen.cps.edu and you use your CPS username and password to log on.
With Aspen's Family and Student portals, teachers, parents and students have an arena for open communication. Parents have one login to access all of their children's information, and students can enter course requests courses that students have requested to attend for the next school term online.
Parents can also enter their username and use the Aspen password recovery feature by entering their username and clicking 'I Forgot My Password'
Logging on to Aspen. Your district's settings determine how you log on to Aspen. Your district could provide your Aspen credentials, or allow you to use your Google, Microsoft, or other validation provider to log on to Aspen. Note: If you don't have an Aspen account, you can request one.
VIEW YOUR STUDENT’S. Be listed as a contact for your student in the Student Information System. Have a valid email in the student’s contact records. Request and submit the validation code send via email.
