The Aspen student information management system consolidates information from five data sources into a single system. Student and Parent Portals provide access to students’ grades, assignments, and attendance, among other new features, such as the ability to view and pay fees online.

Student Portal (Aspen) Students can view their grades, attendance, and other information on Aspen 24/7 from smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers. All CPS students have Student Portal accounts. The Student Portal URL is and you use your CPS username and password to log on.
To log on using your Aspen Login ID and password: Use your district's Aspen URL to navigate to the login page. Enter your Login ID and Password. Click Log On. Aspen appears.
Parents can also enter their username and use the Aspen password recovery feature by entering their username and clicking 'I Forgot My Password'
