30 sie 2021 · The e-SHRAM portal covers unorganised workers and aims to implement social security schemes. The workers will be given a new e-SHRAM card which has a 12-digit UAN number. Registration on the portal is free of cost and beneficiaries will receive accidental insurance coverage through PMSBY.
19 sty 2022 · An eShram Card will be issued to workers who successfully register for the e-Shram Portal. On that card, there will be a 12-digit UAN number. Self-registered workers who use the e-Shram portal do not need to apply individually for any other government social welfare program.
