1:00pm - 6:00pm: Check in all Open Beef. 4:00pm - 8:00pm: Expo Center open - Exhibits, creative arts, and horticulture. 3:00pm - 6:00pm: Dairy Check in. 4:00pm - 11:00pm: FAIR OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. 4:00pm - 10:00pm: Independent midway and Old McDonald’s Farm open. 5:00pm: Deadline for required exhibits.
