Sandbox is one of the Arras Game Modes, added in January 1st, 2021. The first player joining a Sandbox server will be given Arena Operator, allowing them to use commands provided by the game mode. The map starts out small, but will dynamically resize itself depending on the number of players...
In Sandbox, pressing ` + F1 or ` + ? opens a list of controls specific to sandbox mode. If desired, you can screenshot or record your screen by pressing Q or Z keys, respectively. To stop recording, press Z again.

They also have a ban cooldown of 25 minutes with a kick cooldown of just 15 minutes. Players can initiate a vote kick with /vote kick {player name or first few letters}, or a vote ban (the minimum votes required for a kick vary based on server size, ranging from 2 to infinity).
