1. How is Owl Pet leveled up? How does it earn experience normally? I put the +40% Mining Exp pet item on it and have been leveling it up via doing commissions in Dwarven Mines and Crystal Hollows, but that's obviously kinda dumb (welcome to my world LOL).

The Owl Pet, along with the Grandma Wolf Pet, Spirit Pet, Parrot Pet, Kuudra Pet and Bingo Pet are the only pets in the game who grants perks even when unequipped. The Owl Pet is the first Taming pet.
Are the animals from Emberroot Zoo tamable or just NPCs that wander around? I can't find any good information on the mod. However, I have an owl around my camp that I would like to tame and have tried every meat I can think of.

What would be sadder; your innocent, sweet pet being killed by an owl, or you drowning in lava. I'd choose option one! Overall brilliant idea and I would for sure jump for joy if i saw this mob get added!
