No, but not too far south, at Fort DeSoto, there's a great dog beach, and big fenced yard area. It's inside the state park boundary so is paid admission, but worth the trip. The fort is a really interesting part of early Florida history too.

There is a VERY dog-friendly motel in Treasure Island called The Lorelei. It's on a waterway (across the street from the beach), and there's a swimming dock that the dogs can swim from. They dogs are welcome in all parts of the motel grounds, including the patio area and dock/water area.
