If you don't want people to see certain items from your catalog in your ads, shop on Facebook or Instagram, or anywhere else, you can archive them. You can make archived items active again at any time. In the Catalog > Items tab in Commerce Manager, you can filter items by Active or Archived to view their status. Items are active by default.

You can archive or delete some of the content you share on Facebook, like posts, photos and videos, directly from your Feed or your timeline. From each post, you can choose to: Move to Archive.

There are two ways to add a supplementary feed to your catalog. You can either add one yourself in Commerce Manager or add one from your partner platform using an app integration. To add a supplementary feed yourself, create a file using our template and upload it in Commerce Manager.
