The official riser raises the cab 12" from the ground. They really should have made it 15-18". Can't you just measure your cab and build a hollow box? It's literally just a hollow box. Four pieces of wood screw together to form a square. There are 2 cross-brace pieces of wood inside the square. Two slats lay flat on those cross-braces.
