The CW-5 is a 72-3/4" wide, drop-in refrigerated and insulated cold well from APW Wyott for 5 standard steam table pans and it includes pan dividers. The cold well is constructed in stainless steel with fully insulated walls. There is self-contained refrigeration on this cold well and it uses R-134a refrigerant.
