I did only because it’s like $80 and Watch is far more exposed than my laptop or phone. It’s a whole lot less than the apple care for iPads, MacBooks, and iPhones, all of which I opted to not get apple care for.
I don’t know if I’d buy AppleCare for an SE but it’s certainly worth it on the SS and Ultra. My SS S6 went to my wife and after more than 2 years she went swimming and it stopped working. AC+ made that a free repair and now she’s got a “new” watch. I’ll probably maintain it on my ultra as well. Reply reply.

The watch is the only one i'd recommend. Any damage to your watch puts you out of pocket for 2-3x the cost probably. My S7 battery bloated, and replacing it would have been the cost of apple care. Screen repairs are costlier. Considering water seals wear out over time, and the watch gets dinged a lot, it's well worth.
