23 lut 2023 · Are you asking how to perform a PRAM Reset? A PRAM Reset is only available with the Intel Macs: Reset NVRAM on your Mac - Apple Support. If you have an M1 or M2 Apple Silicon Mac, then there is no PRAM Reset.

To do this, hold down the Power button and Home button simultaneously for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo appear.
Resetting the PRAM in anything less than 10.7 was ⌘ + ⌥ + P + R. Recovery mode now seems to override the PRAM command. Does anyone know if there is a new way to reset the PRAM now that Lion is installed?
13 maj 2012 · MacBook Air SMC and PRAM reset. Shut down the computer. Plug in the MagSafe power adapter to a power source, connecting it to the Mac if its not already connected. On the built-in keyboard, press the (left side) Shift-Control-Option keys and the power button at the same time.
14 lip 2014 · I would like to try resetting the PRAM again to avoid a trip to the Apple Store if possible, but since the keyboard isn't recognized... well, how do I reset the PRAM? Is there a way to do it without a keyboard? Or is there a similar key sequence on a non-Apple keyboard?
Option-Command-P-R: Reset NVRAM or PRAM. Shift (⇧): Start up in safe mode. D: Start up to the Apple Diagnostics utility. Or use Option-D to start up to this utility over the internet. N: Start up from a NetBoot server, if your Mac supports network startup volumes. To use the default boot image on the server, press and hold Option-N instead.
