22 lip 2023 · I wanted to do a PRAM reset but didn't seem to have enough time between pressing the power button to press and hold Opt, Cmd, P and R. I shut down and pressed those four keys before I pressed the pwoer button, but pressing the 4 keys was enough to boot it.
14 lip 2014 · I would like to try resetting the PRAM again to avoid a trip to the Apple Store if possible, but since the keyboard isn't recognized... well, how do I reset the PRAM? Is there a way to do it without a keyboard? Or is there a similar key sequence on a non-Apple keyboard?
23 mar 2019 · I'm not sure where you're getting -p -r as boot args to reset NVRAM, but sudo nvram -c should do the trick on High Sierra, as Tetsujin states here. When you're done, reboot into recovery mode once more, open Terminal and then re-enable SIP with csrutil enable, and reboot into High Sierra.

To do this, hold down the Power button and Home button simultaneously for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo appear.

The most common method is by holding down a few keys while powering on your Mac. Power off your Mac. Press your Mac’s power button and then hold these four keys at the same time: ⌘ + option + P + R.
