4 lis 2022 · I've been trying to get Apple to update iTunes installers to make iPod recognized as an AppleUSB device on Windows 64bit 10/11 by updating the Registry. Even tried snail-mail (ref case) but keep getting the run-a-round.

15 mar 2023 · To set up your iPod touch, you need to connect to iTunes on your computer. A1288 indicates this is a 2nd generation iPod Touch. The maximum supported iOS version is 4.2.1. On iOS devices running iOS 4 or earlier, users had to connect to iTunes on computer.
Go to Settings > General > Software Update > Automatic Updates. Turn on Download iOS Updates and Install iOS Updates. When an update is available, iPod touch downloads and installs the update overnight while charging and connected to Wi-Fi. You’re notified before an update is installed.
To read the instructions, select the file in the list that you want to download, click on the "Download" button and you will be redirected to a page where you will need to enter the code from the image. If the answer is correct, a button for receiving the file will appear in place of the picture.
