7 lis 2012 · Connect the iPod to your iTunes library and restore it to factory settings. This process wipes all data from the device, resets all settings back to their defaults, and reloads a fresh copy of the iPod's software onto the device.

30 cze 2010 · Plug it into your computer and start iTunes. When you select the iPod from the list of libraries on the left, there should be a button to restore to factory settings. That will wipe everything from the iPod.
