The danger with dropshipping with anybody, printful, apliiq, printify, is that you can't control it. This is just part of the dice roll when you go that route. I guess to mitigate you can try to build a wait list on your website to keep people ready to go.
When I contacted customer service, not only did they say "we dont hand out refunds because of buyers remorse" , they argued with me that the backing is normal and suppose to be on the clothing even though the other 260 pieces of clothing did not have the backing still on them.
