27 maj 2023 · When I contacted customer service, not only did they say "we dont hand out refunds because of buyers remorse" , they argued with me that the backing is normal and suppose to be on the clothing even though the other 260 pieces of clothing did not have the backing still on them.

18 wrz 2013 · The jeans are good quality, but the customer service is so shitty. They took 2 weeks just to process my order (maximum it should take is 1 week). Also I paid for Expedited 1-day shipping, they put flat rate. Didn't even refund me the money.
