24 lut 2020 · In applying the Permco Dump Pump, an understanding of the 2-line and 3-line circuits is essential for proper operation and maximum unit life. In the two line operation, one line is connected from the oil tank to the inlet of the pump and one line is connected from the cylinder port of the valve to the cylinder.
24 lut 2020 · 2 TO 3 LINE CHANGE-OVER PROCEDURE. TO INSTALL OR CONVERT A DUMP PUMP TO A THREE-LINE SYSTEM FROM A TWO-LINE SYSTEM, PLEASE FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURES: STEP ONE: DISCONNECT THE INLET HOSE AND INSTALL THE METAL SLEEVE P/N RZ-0206 (DM-512, DM-640, DMD-20 & DMD-25), SLEEVE P/N 400-00870 (DMR-300, DMR-400, DMD-300 & DMD-400), RECONNECT THE LINE.
17 maj 2022 · Applications that require constant flow utilize 3-way valves, which contain three connection ports, having A, B and AB labels. 3-way valves can divert fluid flow to two directions or mix fluids from two different sources.
The ports on the valves align with ports on the component. When the bolts are tightened, they press the 2 faces together, and compress the o-rings to form a seal between the matching ports. A common example of this type of connection is a NAMUR solenoid valve which are commonly used to attach solenoid valves to pneumatic actuators.
The MA-V3..3 port mid-position valve is suitable for fully pumped central heating/hot water systems and ideally suited to smaller systems that do not warrant the use of two zone valves. The DA-V3223 port diverter valve is available in 22mm only.
These valves are defined by the number of ports they use. 2 way valves, as their name suggests, consist of two ports: an inlet port “A” and an outlet port “AB.” On the other hand, 3 way valves consist of three ports: “A,” “B,” and “AB”.
