2025 AP Exam Late-Testing Dates. Occasionally, circumstances make it necessary for students to test late. To preserve the security of AP Exams, alternate versions of the exams are used for late testing.
Schools are encouraged to place orders for late-testing exams as early as possible. You’ll be able to switch existing exam orders to late testing after the ordering deadlines if needed without incurring a late order fee. See the AP Coordinator’s Manual, Part 1 (pdf/18.83 MB) for details.

Late Testing. If something unexpected happens that prevents you from taking the AP Exam on the date you were scheduled for or you want to take exams that are scheduled for the same time slot, you can talk to your AP coordinator about taking an exam on a later date.
For late exam dates, visit the College Board AP Central Late Testing Dates webpage. Please note that Late Exams are not make up exams. Late Exams require advance notice and must meet certain requirements set form by college board.
