Permission Scroll is used in obtaining the Rubber fruit (Gear Fifth). It drops from Aokiji Raids with a 4% drop chance.And can be bought from treasure points during the summer event. The scroll cannot be traded. Moves still need to be awakened after using the scroll. Cost 12 000 gems.
