Hoosier Healthwise (H HW) is Indiana’s Medicaid plan for children and some pregnant members. HHW provides access to healthcare, including doctor visits, prescription drugs, mental health care, dental care, hospitalizations, surgeries and family planning at little or no cost to the member or the member's family.
Hoosier Healthwise is a health care program for children up to age 19 and pregnant individuals. The program covers medical care such as doctor visits, prescription medicine, mental health care, dental care, hospitalizations, and surgeries at little or no cost to the member or the member's family.
To qualify for Hoosier Healthwise, applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria: Income/Household Size. Income limits are adjusted to account for the number of household members.
