Users are able to find a lot of new anime torrents every new day. Qualities of anime are varied on Anime Tosho but most of them are in SD and HD.
There's also a site called Animetosho.org that just collects up torrent links (mostly from nyaa, but also anidex and a few others) and even Usenet links for smaller, more recent releases, if you have Usenet access.
