The deal with Animal Pak and all of these other "bro" multivitamins is that you end up peeing out the majority of what you are taking. They usually use the cheapest ingredients to fulfill the vitamin requirements. I recommend Thorne 2x daily multi but you really only need to take 1 of the pills.
I liked it pretty well. I felt less stiff the same as I do with Flex. It was nice taking less pills per day and not having to buy 2 different things. Only reason I stopped taking it was Vitamin Shoppe where I live stopped carrying it.
