Jammers can use parents.animal.com to access the Parent Tools. My screen turns black when trying to use AR! After accepting the AR pop up, you must restart the Animal Jam app in order to fix the black screen.
I agree that it is frustrating when parent tools go down. There is undoubtedly a hacker issue, but I believe it affects AJC more frequently than AJPW. I never lock my accounts when I log off, and I've never experienced any problems with it.
Is there anything i can do to change the password of the Parent Tools account? When i click the "Forgot your password?" button and i submit my mail a window pops up saying "An unknown error has occurred". The account was made around 2014-2015 if that helps

I restrict my AJPW account before logging out however when I tried logging into my parent tools it wouldn’t allow me to log in ( password was correct. When I tried resetting my parent tools password it would only say an error occurred.
To access your Parent Account / Parent Tools: Go to parents.animaljam.com. Log in using your parent email and previously set up password.
