I love playing Animal Jam and I'm trying really hard to be patient with WildWorks because I know this is likely a complicated issue on their end; but I am really growing tired of Parent Tools not working.
Jammers can use parents.animal.com to access the Parent Tools. My screen turns black when trying to use AR! After accepting the AR pop up, you must restart the Animal Jam app in order to fix the black screen.
I found one that is working https://parents.animaljam.com/ I had a struggle too until I found this. I wanted to buy membership so I wanted to be able to cancel the membership without having it renewed every month.

when i click the parents tab on their website I can't even click anything. nothing opens when I click on the 'manage online' button. anyone else having this problem?
Is anyone else having trouble logging into their Parent Tools? Question. I’ve been checking my email & parent tools twice a day ever since peoples accounts have been getting deleted (yes I know it’s mostly happening to YouTubers but better safe than sorry), but I can’t login right now.
