I agree that it is frustrating when parent tools go down. There is undoubtedly a hacker issue, but I believe it affects AJC more frequently than AJPW. I never lock my accounts when I log off, and I've never experienced any problems with it.
Jammers can use parents.animal.com to access the Parent Tools. My screen turns black when trying to use AR! After accepting the AR pop up, you must restart the Animal Jam app in order to fix the black screen.

I restrict my AJPW account before logging out however when I tried logging into my parent tools it wouldn’t allow me to log in ( password was correct. When I tried resetting my parent tools password it would only say an error occurred. Getting a little worried so if anyone could help me please lmk. 2.
