It's been the same for me for a couple of weeks now, I've not been able to figure out my way around it. I forgot to mention, it's AJ Classic we're speaking. I found one that is working https://parents.animaljam.com/ I had a struggle too until I found this.
I love playing Animal Jam and I'm trying really hard to be patient with WildWorks because I know this is likely a complicated issue on their end; but I am really growing tired of Parent Tools not working. Right as the clock struck 7pm EST, (marking a new day on AJPW), the parent website shut down and locked me out of my accounts again.

Anyone else unable to long into parent tools? When I enter the info and press the log in button it just doesn't do anything. Tried reloading and using a different device.
Jammers can use parents.animal.com to access the Parent Tools. My screen turns black when trying to use AR! After accepting the AR pop up, you must restart the Animal Jam app in order to fix the black screen.
tried logging into aj today and it just keeps me stuck on the loading screen, i looked it up and saw its probably sm with 2 step verification so i went to parent tool but it gives me an error and wont even log me in, also found out changing the password doesnt work. is this happening to anyone else??
