My question is, as I'm currently at work: will I be able to normally paste files into the OBB folder when I connect my Pixel 6 to the PC for file transfer even though Google blocked adding files to said folder on the phone?

Solution: Needed to have root access to be able to transfer files between windows and Android subsystem. Followed this guide https://github.com/LSPosed/MagiskOnWSA after uninstalling my WSA, and auto installed Magisk with root access.
