I've seen a lot of people saying that's just her dialogue and she'll say it even if you've already visited the library. I don't think there's much to do there. I found the library really underwhelming.
You unlock the key trough Jina by doing a quest that have 3 clue to solve, in this ruin there are a lot of books (but only 1 readable and is just lore) but I can't find a way to do anything else inside. The location of this library ruins is Kilima top left. Archived post.
