15 sty 2023 · The Soil and Water Assessment Tool (SWAT) is a well-established eco-hydrological model that has been extensively applied to watersheds across the globe. This work reviews over two decades (2002–2022) of SWAT studies conducted on Mediterranean watersheds.
assessing soil quality, evaluating long-term potential and limitations (inherent soil aspects), and monitoring the short-term changes (dynamic soil aspects) in response to sustainable soil use and management.
28 maj 2023 · This leads to informed decisions that balance human development and environmental protection. Among these models, Soil and Water Assessment Tool (SWAT) stands out for its ability to simulate multiple biophysical processes that can be linked to the provision of ecosystem services (ES).
11 paź 2024 · To evaluate SPQ, several physical indicators associated with soil water cycle functions—such as air capacity, plant-available water capacity, relative field capacity, soil microporosity, and saturated hydraulic conductivity—are well documented and frequently used in the literature [3, 4, 5].
