26 wrz 2023 · After Florida enacted a new congressional plan in April 2022, the plaintiffs filed an amended complaint dropping their original claims and alleging the new plan was enacted with discriminatory intent in violation of the U.S. Constitution’s 14th and 15th Amendments.
