5 sie 2018 · AMD SATA driver has been replaced by the current MS SATA Driver. Even though it says 2006 if you look at the version, it is the same as the WIndows version so it is the latest. There was one or two threads earlier concerning AMD not having a SATA Driver.

9 mar 2021 · Run it and see if it installed the AMD SATA Controller driver in Device Manager under "IDE ATA/ATAPI Controller". If it didn't, go to the Standard SATA AHCI Controller to "Properties" and click on Update Driver.

10 wrz 2020 · Zero problems. Yes, the last one released used on older AM3+ boards\etc, force installed over MS AHCI. This provides a very nice read\write boost vs the now standard MS AHCI Controller driver. Literally free performance, AMD should update these drivers. Give it a shot!
