27 lis 2021 · See if it shows any AMD HD Audio device that is either Disconnected or Disabled. Disconnect your Corsair Headphone from your System. It seems like it uses the AMD Streaming Audio Device driver. Maybe this is preventing the AMD HD Audio from being installed. just guessing though.

After digging around a bit, I saw that windows disabled the AMD Hi Definition Audio Bus driver. Since the audio output is my smart TV (a Samsung) plugged into the AMD card, Windows apparently couldn't see the TV speaker output. I resolved it by telling the AMD Adrenaline software to update.
3 lis 2021 · My problem was solved by uninstalling the Realtek Audio through Device Manager, and then going to Dell's website and downloading Realtek audio driver that was most recent and compatible with my device and OS version.
