HWINFO or Ryzen Master. Technically Afterburner has CPU temp monitoring built in, but Afterburner works poorly with AMD so best not to. I think the temps are multiplexed on the Ryzens so you dont get individual temps and the temp is never stable as its always switching between different locations.

I use Windows 7 Gadgets that use Core Temp to show my Ryxen 3700X Temperatures on my Desktop but I needed to input Temperature Offsets to make it as close as possible to Ryzen Master temperatures.
