Tried everything I could think off, ended up making a new admin account, logged on, stopped the few programs that where running and anti virus. Downloaded the chipset driver 3.10.08.506.exe from AMD.
21 wrz 2023 · If I get Zero viral detection then I am confident that my PC isn't infected. Of course one of the best ways is to run a Virus scan at boot up which catches viruses that are active at boot up and invisible in Windows.

Uninstalling by "c:\Program Files (x86)\AMD\Chipset_Software\AMD_Chipset_Drivers.exe" -> PC restart -> installation of amd_chipset_software_3.10.08.506.exe is exactly what helped me. Thanks!
26 gru 2021 · I've finally fixed the issue which AMD needs to fix with their installer in world of MS Windows VBS security. I've been running VBS ( Virtualization Based Security ) or Device Guard since Windows 10 introduced it and is more of a installed requirement with Windows 11.
