I tried to switch payments before my renewal, but it didn’t go through in time, resulting in AMC cancelling my A-List subscription and all tickets. I cannot renew my subscription on the app (it causes it to crash) and the website freezes up when I try to login.
If meeting the above criteria, the only way to cancel is by contacting their customer service or at the theater. So you can opt IN to auto renewal on the app, but cannot cancel on the app. Looks like AMC is learning from every other corporation that runs regular subscription services.
