Question. Hi there! I purchased 2 tickets to a movie that I can no longer attend and wanted to request a refund. One is with an A-list reservation and the other is purchased with rewards points, so $0 was paid out of pocket.
Activating rewards right before purchases makes sense - you “only” have 9 months (I think?) to use them, while if you keep them as points, you theoretically can save them as long as you needed. Handy in the pandemic days. Maybe your local AMC shuts down, and you can now save your points if you travel and want to see a movie.
