I have an AMC gift card from 2014 that has more digits than the current system allows. I tried calling the help line and checking online but neither system will accept the number. Any ideas on how to get the balance?
Our cash registers can check the balance of a gift card. You can also just buy the ticket while you're there at the theater, too. That way you can avoid the website altogether, which is known to be unreliable at times.
If you pay for a $6 Tues movie and want to pay the remaining $1 balance with an AMC gift card, it does deduct $1 from the AMC gift card as you would want. Of course, I applied the Fandango reward first, then the AMC gift card.
