I have an AMC gift card from 2014 that has more digits than the current system allows. I tried calling the help line and checking online but neither system will accept the number. Any ideas on how to get the balance?

When I go to check balance it asks for a number and pin. The number field is for 10 digits (my card has a 9 digit and a 11 digit one). The pin field is for 4 digits (my has has a shorter 3 digit and 4 digit number but neither work with the longer number).

Today I found out that if you use the gift card at the theater then they'll need the gift card's PIN no matter what, but the problem is that I already threw the physical card away and the app doesn't show the PIN (they only let you see the last 4 digits of the card number).
