I have an AMC gift card from 2014 that has more digits than the current system allows. I tried calling the help line and checking online but neither system will accept the number. Any ideas on how to get the balance?
I wasn't able to add a card to my wallet (required for after your gifted subscription expires). I couldn't do it on the app or on the website in any browser I tried or with any Visa I have. Then I read this thread and tried switching the card to my Discover card and it finally worked.
Just signed up for the waitlist for the AMC Credit Card! I feel it’s a no-brained payment method for AMC A-list. Hopefully the points make it worth it.
