AMC Santa Anita at the Westfield Mall in Arcadia, CA is my favorite. Parking is super easy, theaters are clean, IMAX and Dolby are great, and most important, the audience is well behaved. I also like AMC Burbank, but I think Santa Anita parking is better.

Near LAX you've got AMC South Bay, which has both Dolby AND Dine-In experiences. I haven't personally been to that theater, but I'd absolutely go for that if you want the best mix of service and the best theatrical experience. If you want to see 1917, I'd strongly recommend seeing it in Dolby at Burbank.
