These cards no longer work, but you can call the phone number on the back to get a replacement card sent to you. The same people can also check the balance of a working card, if it doesn't start with "6006".
Today I found out that if you use the gift card at the theater then they'll need the gift card's PIN no matter what, but the problem is that I already threw the physical card away and the app doesn't show the PIN (they only let you see the last 4 digits of the card number).
