Yes. It takes power from OBD2 port. The light blinks sometimes. Look, this is literally the biggest "gas saving scam" for your car. Look it up.
1 cze 2022 · While there’s some also fairly scammy plug-ins that look similar to the eco OBD2 that will connect to your car and send data to an app on your phone, the OBD2 has some much bigger claims.
8 lut 2024 · I have used Amber many times in the past but after today never again. Rude, aggressive and argumentative driver to the extent that I asked to be let out of the cab before we had even set off. I rang the cab company for another cab and they sent the same driver.

16 gru 2023 · The most costly vehicle scams are ones where criminals advertise fake cars for sale at temptingly low prices, and get buyers to pay for them up front, and then disappear with the money.
I sent Amber Cars an email describing this "service" but they did not reply; obviously this was par for the course for them. I won't be using Amber Cars again as they are terrible, and I recommend that nobody else uses them either.
